Weddings and private parties in Pittsburgh want a smaller setup than a trade show: one good-looking station, a few designs to choose from, and printers who stay out of the photographer's way. Guests pick, we print, and the favor goes home on their backs.
We work weddings, milestone birthdays, bar and bat mitzvahs and house parties across Western Pennsylvania, from a reception at The Pennsylvanian near Downtown to a loft in the Strip District or a backyard in the suburbs. Names, dates and inside jokes print cleanly with live DTF, and live embroidery suits a monogram.
Live t-shirt printing ideas for a Pittsburgh celebration
- Reception favors. A shirt or tote with the couple's names and the date.
- Bachelor and bachelorette weekends. Matching shirts made at the party.
- Family reunions. One design in every size from XS to 4XL.
- Game-day parties. Black and gold, printed while the pregame runs. A hat bar works here too.
Space and power for a live printing station at a Pittsburgh reception
The station fits in a 10×10 ft corner and wants two 120V/20A circuits to itself. Hotel ballrooms Downtown handle that through their AV contractor, and it goes on the banquet order with the linens. Old warehouse floors in the Strip or Lawrenceville take more homework: which elevator the freight rides up in, and a picture of the panel so we can tell if one outlet strip is feeding the DJ and the bar too. For a tent in a Cranberry or Monroeville yard we line up a quiet generator before anything ships from Fullerton. At roughly two minutes a shirt across two presses, a 150-person reception clears the line in about an hour and a half. November through March, we're inside. September and October lawn weddings are lovely here, but keep a covered fallback in case of rain.
