Custom t-shirts for a Pittsburgh event don't have to arrive in cartons. We set up at the venue and print your art in your colors while each guest waits, about two minutes from pick to wear.
Printed in the room, not in a warehouse
Ordering custom tees the usual way, you send a file, approve a proof, wait for cartons, and the size split is a guess. Here the press comes to you. It goes up in your convention center booth or a pregame tent on the North Shore, guests choose their own size, and every shirt that leaves the table is one somebody asked for.
What we can print
- Tees - soft blanks, XS through 4XL, printed to order on the spot.
- Hoodies & crewnecks - for a January show Downtown or a cold night by the river.
- Caps - each guest builds one at the live hat bar.
- Totes & hard goods - promo items when shirts aren't the point.
Screen or DTF for custom shirts?
One bold design across a lot of shirts: live screen printing is the quickest and cheapest per piece. Photos, gradients or a different name per shirt: live DTF printing, with no color limit and no minimum. Send your art and we'll recommend one.
Why live wins: nothing to ship, no size guessing, and every guest walks off in a shirt they saw printed. People keep that one; the bagged tee ends up in a drawer.

Pittsburgh planning
Before your shirts get printed
Custom tees still need a plan for the room: where the cases come in, which circuits feed the press, where the line waits and where people pick a size. A booth at the convention center and a party in a Strip District loft need different answers.
Everything ships from Fullerton: presses, dryers, heat presses, blanks, tables and signage. The printers fly in and are in Pittsburgh the day before load-in. Keep the design menu short and two presses clear 100+ shirts an hour.
