On-site printing is same-day by definition. The station prints during your Pittsburgh event, so guests walk out wearing custom merch the day it was made.
Made during the event
With the press running in your venue, there's no production gap between the order and the finished piece. Guests choose, we print, they put it on, and the whole thing takes each of them about two minutes. Nothing ships to your office and nobody unpacks cartons the night before.
What we can turn around on the spot
- Tees and hoodies - screen printed or DTF.
- Caps - built at the hat bar.
- Totes and promo goods - for gifting tables and convention bags.
Same-day still needs a head start
The printing happens on the day, but the gear doesn't live in Pittsburgh. It ships freight from Fullerton, 2,120 miles away in a straight line, and the crew arrives a day early, so we still want the date six to ten weeks ahead where possible. That lead time is what lets a convention center booth, a Strip District pop-up or a North Shore game day run without a scramble.
Date coming up fast? Send it with a headcount and we'll tell you straight whether we can cover your Pittsburgh event.

Pittsburgh planning
Getting a same-day station into the room
Printing on the day only works if the room is ready for it. We check the door the cases come through, the circuits for the station, where the line forms and where people pick a size. A Strip District storefront and a convention center hall set different limits.
Everything ships from Fullerton: presses, dryers, heat presses, blanks, tables and signage. The printers fly in and are in Pittsburgh the day before load-in. Keep the design menu short and two presses clear 100+ shirts an hour.
