Plan on $5,000 to $15,000 all-in for most Pittsburgh events. The presses come across the country by freight and the crew flies in, but that cost lands on one fixed travel line. It doesn't grow with your guest list.
What moves a Pittsburgh number
- Headcount. More guests at the station means more presses, more printers and more blanks on the truck.
- Hours on the floor. A two-hour reception at The Pennsylvanian and a full show at the convention center are different jobs.
- The garment. Basic tee, retail-fit tee, or a heavyweight hoodie for a cold-month event. After labor, blanks are usually the biggest line.
- Stations. Adding a hat bar or a second press scales output and cost together.
Since the travel line stays flat, a bigger Pittsburgh event gets cheaper per shirt. Six hundred guests at a Downtown booth don't cost twice what three hundred do. If the total has to come down, shorten the print window or choose a simpler blank before you cut guests.
